Trane Completes Lease of 625,000 SF in Southeast Memphis
Trane, Inc., a leading manufacturer of air conditioning systems, put the finishing touches last week on its 625,000-square-foot lease for the entire industrial building at 5200 Tradeport Dr. in Memphis, Tenn.
The building was constructed in 1999 and was previously occupied by Hewlett-Packard. This will be Trane’s second large industrial presence in the Memphis area as it moves into Bldg E of the Chickawa Distribution Center.
